A new method of measuring the acoustic characteristics of materials proposed by the laboratory grouphas been published in The Journal of the Acoustic Society of America.
The top-rated journal The Journal of the Acoustic Society of America (Q1) published an article
presenting a new method for measuring the acoustic characteristics of materials at megahertz
frequencies, as well as its experimental verification. The proposed method is based on the use of
transient acoustic holography technique.
Our paper on histotripsy liquefaction of human hematomas was published in Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology journal (Q1)
Results of a joint study of LIMU, MREC MSU and Dmitry Rogachev National Research Center were published in a top-rated Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology journal. The study was devoted to non-invasive liquefaction of volumetric human hematomas using focused ultrasound pulses with shock fronts.
