On February 13-17, 2023 the XXXV session of the Russian Acoustics Society, an organization uniting acoustics researchers from different educational and scientific organizations of Russia, took place. The program of the conference was very rich and included 15 sections, covering various aspects in the field of modern acoustics, in particular, physical, medical and nonlinear acoustics, bioacoustics, ultrasound research, phenomena of wave propagation and diffraction, etc.
From LIMU laboratory, 18 reports were presented by graduate students A.D. Krendeleva, F.A. Nartov, and O.V. Solontsov, graduate students D.D. Chupova, P.A. Pestova, E.O. Konnova, L.M. Kotelnikova, Sh.A. Asfandiyarov, E.M. Ponomarchuk, and A.V. Kvashennikova, and also by staff members S.A. Tsysar, D.A. Nikolaev and P.V. Yuldashev. Asfandiyarov Shamil, Kvashennikova Anastasia, Ponomarchuk Yekaterina, Konnova Elena, Kotelnikova Lyubov, Pestova Polina, Chupova Daria, Krendeleva Anna, Nartov Fedor, Solontsov Oleg were awarded the RAO diploma for the best scientific report by a young specialist.
LIMU also participated in the organization and conduct of the RAO session. O.A. Sapozhnikov and V.A. Khokhlova were members of the session program committee, and S.A. Tsysar led the sections "Physical Acoustics" and "Ultrasonic Technologies.
