Every year the contest for the best scientific student work named after R.V. Khokhlov is held at the Faculty of Physics. In 2020 for the first time it was conducted remotely. According to the results of the contest the students of our Laboratory took prizes. Katia Ponomarchuk's master's thesis "Ultrasonic atomization thresholds of coagulated blood in focused shock-wave fields" received a third-degree diploma, and Liuba Kotelnikova's bachelor's thesis "Determination of elastic properties of a solid sphere based on the results of acoustic beam scattering" got a first-degree diploma. Congratulations to Katia and Liuba!
