From October 13 to 25, 2025, Bair Batuevich Damdinov, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics and Professor in the Department of General Physics at Siberian Federal University, completed an internship at the Department of Acoustics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, with the support of a grant from the from the Vladimir Potanin Foundation. Professor Oleg Anatolyevich Sapozhnikov supervised the internship. Based on the training results, a second (expanded) edition of the textbook "Physical Acoustics of Gases and Liquids" is planned (the first edition was prepared during B.B. Damdinov's similar internship at LIMU in 2023). During his time at MSU, B.B. Damdinov completed training as part of the internship program, interacted with LIMU undergraduate and graduate students, and staff, and also participated in a Meeting of the Russian Acoustic Society.
