Participation of LIMU students and postgraduates in the conference "Lomonosov-2021" and the school-seminar "Waves-2021"

From 12 to 23 April 2021 the XXVIII International Scientific Conference of Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists "Lomonosov" was held. The conference was held in a distant format. The conference program included 41 sections. The LIMU laboratory was represented by students Anna Krendeleva, Fedor Nartov, Oleg Solontsov, who presented oral reports in the "Acoustics" section, organized and co-chaired by Vera Khokhlova and Oleg Sapozhnikov.

From 6 to 11 June 2021 XXXII All-Russian School-Seminar "Wave Phenomena: Physics and Applications" named after A.P. Sukhorukova ("Waves-2021") passed. The school-seminar was also held in a distance format. The LIMU laboratory was represented by students Lyubov Kotelnikova (section “Acoustoelectronics and acoustooptics”), Daria Chupova, Fedor Nartov (section “Bio- and medical applications of wave physics”) and postgraduate students Dmitry Nikolaev, Suren Petrosyan, Anastasia Tyurina (section “Acoustics of inhomogeneous medium "), Alisa Krokhmal (section" Mathematical modeling in problems of wave physics ") and Shamil Asfandiyarov (section" Bio- and medical applications of wave physics "). According to the results of voting by the school participants, PhD student Dmitry Nikolaev was awarded a diploma for the best report in his section “Acoustics of inhomogeneous medium ". Sergey Tsysar, Anastasia Lapina, Dmitry Nikolaev and Suren Petrosyan were members of the organizing committee of the school, Oleg Sapozhnikov was a member of the program committee. Also, Oleg Sapozhnikov and Sergei Tsysar were the chairmen of the section "Acoustics of inhomogeneous media", which was held in two sessions.
