From 27^th of May to 1^st of June 2018 LIMU team participated in the XVI All-Russian School-seminar «Physics and application of microwaves» named after Professor Anatoliy Sukhorukov («Waves-2018»), that was held in the rest home of MSU "Krasnovidovo". The program of the school-seminar "Waves-2018" included twelve sections. From the LIMU team a delegation of eighteen students and researchers participated in the school-seminar. Fifteen oral talks were presented from the Laboratory in the section "Acoustics of inhomogeneous media", one talk was made in the section "Acoustoelectronics and acoustooptics". LIMU students Alica Dorofeeva and Katya Ponomarchuk were awarded with diploma for the best reports in the sections "Acoustoelectronics and acoustooptics" and "Acoustics of inhomogeneous media", respectively. A lecture «Nonlinear wave phenomena in the treatment of urolithiasis» made by professor O.A. Sapozhnikov was noted by the organizing committee of the conference as the best lecture.
