Students of LIMU Andrey Polyanskiy and Iliya Mezdrokhin received student stipends from Focused Ultrasound Global Internship Program for summer 2016. Andrey’s project is devoted to numerical study of the twinkling artefact in ultrasound imaging of kidney stones. Iliya proposed the project on developing the method of wide angle parabolic approximation for nonlinear highly focused therapeutic transducers. Congratulations!
